MarksDailyApple.com, a popular health and fitness blog, is looking for a freelance writer to contribute articles for the Recipe section of the site. You will be preparing and writing about "Primal" dishes, taking photos of the process and end result, and describing the experience. "Primal" meals are those found within the pages of Mark Sisson's book,
The Primal Blueprint. Ingredients include meat, healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. No grains or processed food items, and minimal dairy allowed.
You must be an experienced cooking and food writer. You must have an engaging style, take exceptional photographs, and be able to product one or two recipe articles per week. Compensation is approximately $50 to $150 per post, depending on word count plus the cost of ingredients.
