This telecommute opportunity is specifically for those living in the Eugene, OR area.  A transcription company is seeking a transcriptionist to work 15 to 20 hours per week transcribing medical exams conducted for DHS/DDS and the Workers Compensation Arbiter Board.  You can set your own schedule, but reports require a 72-hour turnaround. 

You must have taken medical terminology coursework and be detail-oriented. UndertheMicroscope.com, the website of the Feminist Press Women and Science Project funded by the National Science Foundation, is seeking a Web editor/manager to be responsible for not only the overall management of the site, but also writing articles and blog entries, recruiting and managing interns and bloggers, soliciting stories and content from other sources (e.g., women scientists), editing and approving all content, responding to email from readers, and working with the team to develop various sections of the site (Stories, Resources, Under the Lens, etc.).
