Work from Home Virtual Assistant for Legal Consulting Firm

A web-based employment discrimination legal consulting business that operates nationwide is seeking to add a professional virtual assistant to its practice. Primary responsibilities will be returning client calls, obtaining background and payment information from clients, scheduling consultation appointments, and responding to inquiries from the website. 

This position is flexible. You can set your own schedule anytime between 9-5, M-F. Pay would be based on a billable/hourly scale. Hours are 5-10 per week. You may work as a virtual assistant for others, as long as you deliver excellent customer service and respond in a timely manner to client requests for this firm.

You must have reliable phone and Internet service (preferably high speed).  You must be well organized, with basic word processing and Microsoft office skills.
