Work-at-Home: Apple Seeking Customer Service Agents

Apple is seeking work-at-home Mac experts for customer service positions.  A degree is preferred, plus one to two years of previous sales or customer service experience.  Ideally, you will have experience using a Mac and an iOS device.  Technical experience in digital media is a plus.  Finally, you must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.
