EMBARQ is hiring consumer technical specialists to work from home in the following states:
FL, IN, KS, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA and WY
Basically, you will be providing customer support for EMBARQ's customers. This will include such duties as technical troubleshooting, resolving customer complaints, and referring unresolved issues for further investigation. Starting base pay for current EMBARQ employees transferring to this position is $11 per hour. Base pay for new hires is not mentioned.
