Work-at-Home Virtual Support Agent for Online Seminars

MarketingProfs.com is seeking a part-time technical support assistant to join their virtual seminar department.  The right candidate will have solid web-based technologies and software experience (HTML, Photoshop, Adobe, FTP) in a professional environment.  You must be reliable, detail-oriented, have a good sense of humor, and have grace under pressure.
