Someone shared this on a message board I frequent. It's 3-ingredients and sounds yummy!
Ingredients:
1 18-oz roll refrigerated Pillsbury Sugar Cookie dough
1 package chocolate mint wafers
1 tbsp. finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a cookie sheet. Place thin slices of sugar cookies onto the cookie sheet. Top each with a chocolate mint wafer, then cover with another thin slice of sugar cookie. Press nuts into the top of the dough and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy! Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
