Here's an EASY no-bake pie to make for a really special Mother's Day.
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Green food coloring
16 chocolate mint cookies crushed
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip (thawed)
1 9-inch prepared chocolate crumb piecrust
Directions:
Put cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed until fluffy. Slowly beat in the condensed milk until smooth. Add food coloring and stir. Stir in crushed cookies, saving some for garnish. Fold the Cool Whip into the mixture. Pour into the prepared pie crust. Chill for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Garnish with remaining cookie pieces. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
