Hilton Hotels is hiring part-time agents from the Metro-Tampa area for their Hilton at Home Program. You must reside in the 813 area code to be considered for this job. As a Hilton at Home team member, you will assist customers in making reservations at Hilton hotels and resorts.
You must:
Be able to work at least 20 hours per week. Agents can customize their schedule using Hilton's Build-a-Schedule system. Applicants must be able to work daytime and some weekend hours.
Be a skilled communicator who is able to speak English fluently.
Be able to do basic computer searches.
Have a steady job history.
Have a high school diploma or the equivalent, and be able to pass reference checks, a criminal background check, and a drug screen.
Training begins May 9. Training hours are from 7:00am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday for 5 weeks).
