• A terminal degree in criminal justice or a closely related field. A Juris Doctorate (JD) alone is sufficient for law centric courses only. Applicants with terminal degrees in other academic fields will be considered if they also possess a Masters degree in criminal justice. Only degrees from regionally accredited institutions will be accepted.
• At least 5 years full time, professional experience in the criminal justice field.
• College-level teaching experience.
• Possess a developed appreciation of mastery level learning and critical thinking.
• Have a commitment to student success.
