Work at Home Asurion Customer Service Roadside Assistance

For the first opportunity, you must live within a convenient driving distance of Salina, Kansas, because you must work onsite for 6 months, after which you can work from home.  For the second, you must live within driving distance of Evans, Colorado, for 3 months of on site training, after which you can work from home. I generally don't post jobs that require some on site work or that you live in a specific location, but these looked like really great opportunities for somebody. 

Asurion is America's largest provider of wireless roadside assistance services and wireless handset insurance programs.  You will be answering incoming calls, providing service, and escalating calls as necessary.  You will also input, track, and report customer issues.  You must be articulate, have a high school diploma of G.E.D., and be computer literate.  You also must be able to type 25 to 25 wpm.  Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.  Full time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.
