Humana is currently seeking a community health educator (CHE) in the Cleveland, OH area.  This is a work-at-home job, but you need to have a dependable auto and auto insurance.  This is a full-time position.  From the job ad:
Role Essentials

• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of community health and social service agencies and knowledge of community resources
• Skills to use a variety of electronic information processing tools and multiple software programs.
• Strong skills in communication and in building interpersonal relationships
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without direct supervision.
• Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and access to a dependable automobile.
• Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
• Ability to work a full-time (40 hrs minimum) flexible work schedule between the hours of 7AM-8PM (local time).
