Freelance Work: Graphic Design for Rap Music Site

RapBasement.com is seeking a freelance graphic designer to redo portions of their current site.  You must have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise and skill.  You must be an expert in CSS, HTML, and Photoshop, plus be adept with wireframe/mockup creation tools.
