Work-at-Home Customer Service Agents for Higher One

Higher One is currently hiring experienced part-time seasonal home-based customer service representatives in the following states: CT, CO, FL, WA, and TX.  Paid training classes will start on May 20.  This project will last through October 2010, depending on call volume.  Shifts (approximately 15-30 hours per week, total) are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.  

Qualifications (from the job ad):

• 1 to 3 years experience in customer service and/or data entry experience required.
• Good listening skills required.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a professional phone manner and ability to handle customer complaint calls.
• Previous experience working in a bank and/or call center is helpful.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking a plus.
