Work-at-Home Benefits Coders for ALTEK

ALTEK is seeking benefits coders to work from home full-time after an initial two-week training in the Owings Mills, MD area. 

Requirements:
5-10 Years experience working in Payer side Benefit Coding and Configuration
1-3 Years experience working in a Benefit Configuration AUDIT role or similar Quality Assurance role
Ability to interpret and understand healthcare contracts and terminology relating to benefits and configuration
Detail oriented with exceptional analytical skills
Excellent communications skills
Strong excel skills for reporting purposes
Trizetto Facets experience a MUST

Coders should be able to review benefits summaries and make changes within FACETs with a high degree of accuracy.
