MobileMe is seeking work-at-home Apple customer support advisors.  As a MobileMe Tier 1 rep, you will be the first point of contact with Apple customers.  As such, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by dealing with the issues of Apple customers via live chat correspondence.  You must have previous email or chat customer support experience.
