JetBlue Airways is seeking Spanish/English speaking agents. You will be responding to emails and other correspondence, resolving customer service concerns, and doing various ad hoc projects, as assigned. You must have a high school diploma or GED, and fluently speak, read, write, and translate in Spanish and English. Previous reservation and/or call center experience is preferred, but not required. You must have two years of customer service experience.
Agents must be flexible as to scheduling and must be able to type at least 25 WPM. You must have a telephone line, high-speed Internet, and a noise-free office environment. Note: You must be able to travel to the Salt Lake Support Center for monthly meetings and also to work scheduled shifts in the event of technical difficulties at home.
