Work at Home Contact Center Representative for EmailYourList.com

This job appears to be for someone in the Atlanta Metro area.  Emailyourlist.com®, a leading email marketing service for small businesses, associations, and nonprofits, is seeking outbound contact center representatives.  As an outbound contact center rep, your job will be to (from the ad):

• Proactively cold call, email and create hot leads via the telephone or provided by our calling agents, website, business partners, marketing campaigns and email requests then convert as new customer acquisition.
• Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs.
• Attain and exceed outbound call objectives.
• Attain and exceed sales goals.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in sales management database for processing sales and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information.
• Maintain timely and accurate activity reporting.
• Follow company policies and sales procedures effectively.
• Attend sales and product training and develop proficiency in emailyourlist.com application as well as a basic understanding of the email marketing solutions market and competitors.
