PlumChoice Online PC Services, a leading provider of online technical support, is currently seeking Remote Technical Support Supervisors. As a technical Support Supervisor, you will work remotely, and be responsible for the daily performance and quality management of a team of Tier 1 Support Technicians by providing remote support via email, phone, remote tools, and on demand client. This includes workflow, scheduling, individual performance feedback training, and meeting corporate metric goals.
You must have at least 2-4 years experience working in a call center/help desk environment and a minimum of one year supervisory experience managing 10-15 employees. At least one industry recognized certification (including A+, network+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA) required. This is a remote position. Home office requirements include:
• High-speed Internet access
• Dedicated Windows-based computer with XP Pro at a minimum
• Quiet and private workspace
• Dedicated phone line – No VOIP
