SmartLocating.com is seeking motivated individuals to work part-time from home, updating their online database of apartments. You’ll be contacting apartment communities to gather rental rates, specials, and other apartment related information. From the ad: "Although this is a work-at-home position, and the hours are flexible, you are required to work during business hours when apartment complexes are open for business."

The position requires 10 hours per week.  You must have a PC with Internet Explorer, unlimited long distance phone, high-speed Internet, and a quiet work setting.   Pay is $8.50 per hour.  You must be able to start immediately.
