Sierra Living Concepts, an online retailer of handcrafted furniture, is seeking someone to work from home and perform the following tasks:
1. Handle Customer phone calls during suppport hours
2. Handle Pre-Sales & Post-Sales inquiries by email or phone
3. Follow-up & Close sales over email or phone
You must have experience in furniture sales, excellent written and verbal skills, knowledge of Web browsing, and be reliably available during the hours of 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. EST to respond to all emails (within one hour) and most calls during the same timeframe. Finally, you must be familiar with basic office tools, like email, Excel, etcetera. Compensation is a guaranteed base amount, plus commission. This is a telecommute opportunity.
