Work-at-Home WordPress, HTML, and PHP Guru for Philly Startup

A Philadelphia start-up is seeking a part-time Wordpress guru to assist with current and future web development.  This job requires 2-8 hours per week.  You must have both programming and graphic design skills.  Also required (from the ad):

- Strong HTML/PHP/web setup experience (server setup etc...)
- Expert in Wordpress and its plug-in environment (modifying code, installing plugins, upgrading wordpress & associated plugins)
- Experience with integrating shopping cart APIs (preferably shopping.com)
- Strong graphic design skills extremely strong in associated applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc...)
- SEO experience a plus
- Video experience a plus
- Must live in PA, NJ, DE, MD or NY (others need not apply)
