A merger and acquisitions and corporate growth advisory firm is seeking a part-time copywriter/editor to write and edit its business memorandums and offering documents, write website copy, and review and edit graphics. This role will also include editing client proposals and other key client facing documents. The position may lead to working with the firm's clients directly on projects.
Basic spreadsheet and financial knowledge is a plus, but not required. However, you must be very detailed oriented, with superior writing skills and experience in business copy writing/editing. A basic knowledge of graphics is required. Experience with a page layout and editing program from Adobe or other vendor is a plus. Compensation is by hour or by project.
