Work-at-Home Travel Specialists for AAA Auto Club South

AAA Auto Club South is seeking experienced travel specialists to join its travel call center team in Tampa, Florida.  They are particularly seeking people to cover Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Once you are thoroughly trained, you may work from home.

Depending on your area of expertise, you will be responsible for responding to Internet and phone inquiries regarding either air/car/hotel reservations or cruise/tour reservations.

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* One year travel agency or directly related work experience that included arranging and selling air/car/hotel packages or cruise/tour packages
* Apollo experience preferred
* An effective closer
* Proven customer service skills
* Proficiency in PC applications for web navigation
