Work-at-Home Hotel Reservations Agents for TravelOutlook.com

TravelOutlook.com is seeking full time reservation agents. Prior hotel experience is a must. You must be able to commit to 40 hours per week during set shift hours.  Compensation is hourly, plus commission on sales.  Bonuses are available.

Required:
· A Windows XP or Vista compatible computer system.
· A valid company-approved DSL/broadband internet service with minimum broadband capacity of 1.5Mb up/1 Mb down service speed
· A licensed static Internet Protocol (IP) address as assigned by approved Internet Service Provider (ISP).
· A valid POP3-based email application such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, or other Company-approved POP3 email application.
· Knowledge of basic hotel operation and services
· Must reside near the Santa Fe or Albuquerque area
· A quiet home work environment
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to attend paid training sessions
