Columbia Charlotte Shuttle is seeking three individuals to serve as reservation specialists. Hours and shifts are varied and flexible for these full-time positions. Duties include answering telephone calls from potential customers, scheduling appointments/reservations, and following up via telephone and email with customers and shuttle drivers. You must have an excellent telephone demeanor, customer service skills, and be detail oriented. Also, you must be computer savvy.
