The Home Shopping Network is currently seeking work-at-home customer service agents. This job includes paid time off, employee discounts, 401K, and more. Pay is competitive at $9.50 per hour, plus incentives. Training is paid. Various shifts are available. All calls are inbound.
Previous customer service experience is preferred. You must have strong PC, Internet, Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills. You must live in the Roanoke, VA area and live within one hour driving distance of HSN's facility (zip code 24012). I believe this has to do with living within the local calling area, rather than having to train onsite.
