I woke up this morning after five hours sleep and felt pretty good. But it was early, so I laid back down and fell asleep for another few hours. When I woke up the second time, I didn't feel well at all. I was achy. My head hurt. Which made me start to wonder: how much sleep is enough, and how much is too much?
So I did a little surfing and found this article. It's very interesting. Surprisingly, more is not necessarily better. Past a certain point, sleep doesn't benefit you and, in fact, may actually harm you. Check the article out. It's Too Much Sleep as Dangerous as Too Little at CBC.ca. It will definitely make you think.
