The position pays $10 to $20 per hour, depending upon experience.
Strong Python and Linux system skills are a must.
Here are the requirements for the position:
* Intermediate Python skills.
* Good Linux skills, familiarity and comfort working in remote shells.
* Willingness to learn.
In addition, it would be great if you had:
* Plone experience
* Linux sysadmin experience
* Experience hacking Mailman
* SQL skills
* Mad machine learning or visualization work
Finally, the craigslist advert states that: "Unfortunately, when we put up job postings we get spammed by bots and folks with no attention span. So we won't be looking at any replies that don't start with answers to the following three questions:
In Python:
1. What are two different ways to make system calls to the shell?
2. Provide an example generator expression.
3. Provide a line that removes all the white space in a sentence."
If this sounds interesting, and you can answer the three questions, email: job-731848712@craigslist.org. Good luck!
