IRS Seeking Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Agents to Work from Home

 
The IRS is seeking bilingual customer service agents nationwide for work-at-home employment.  This is a seasonal opportunity, with the possibility of permanent employment by application to NTI (National Telecommuting Institute).  This opportunity is open to both disabled and non-disabled applicants.

Customer service agents will be performing customer service for clients by phone for the IRS Forms Publications Call Center.  The work is fast-paced and includes downloading and entering information over the Internet.  A minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week is required January through March. 

Pay is from $11.77 to $14.62 an hour, plus a $3.16 per hour health and welfare benefit.  A high school diploma or GED is required.  You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.  Customer service experience is a plus.  If interested in this position, send your resume to: jbousquet@nticentral.org.  Good luck!
