Crock Pot Lasagna Recipe: Mama Mia!

Ingredients:
 
1 and 1/2 pound ground chuck
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
8 lasagna noodles
1 (4 and 1/2-oz) can mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 
Directions:
  • Brown meat and seasoning, then drain.
  • Mix the spaghetti sauce with the water. 
  • Place 4 uncooked noodles in the bottom of a lightly greased crock pot.
  • Layer beef mixture, sauce and mushrooms.
  • Spread ricotta cheese on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Layer with remaining noodles, meat, sauce, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
  • Cook on low 5 hrs.
