Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 pound ground chuck
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
8 lasagna noodles
1 (4 and 1/2-oz) can mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
- Brown meat and seasoning, then drain.
- Mix the spaghetti sauce with the water.
- Place 4 uncooked noodles in the bottom of a lightly greased crock pot.
- Layer beef mixture, sauce and mushrooms.
- Spread ricotta cheese on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Layer with remaining noodles, meat, sauce, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Cook on low 5 hrs.
