Work from Home Legal Transcription for SpeakWrite

 

SpeakWrite is hiring legal transcriptionists throughout the U.S. and Canada.  This is an independent contractor position.  You must have at least 2 years experience legal work in a law firm, not more than five years prior to the date of your application.

You must have experience and knowledge of legal pleadings, court headings, agreements, interrogations, deposition summaries, and formal correspondence. Finally, you must have a good working knowledge of legal citations.

The pay rate is 1/2 cent per word, which will generate $10 to $12 per hour for the typical typist.  With experience, most typists earn $15 per hour.  For more info, visit the SpeakWrite employment page and visit the links in the blue box to the right.  Good luck!
