EMBARQ is seeking consumer technical specialists in the following states:
FL, IN, KS, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA and WY.
This is a work from home position. But you must live within EMBARQ's existing phone service territory. Your primary duty as a consumer technical specialist would be troubleshooting helpdesk assistance for EMBARQ's high-speed Internet customers.
You must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC, OS drivers, and TCP/IP protocols. You also must have a strong knowledge of PC hardware/software and be familiar with data products and services. You must be able to work independently and consistently and handle a high volume of customer calls professionally.
