Smart Office Solutions is hiring customer service agents to manage inbound customer service calls, troubleshoot, provide product information, train customers, update account info, return customer messages, log calls, reply to customer emails, process incoming purchase orders, and route customer inquiries to the correct department.
You must have excellent customer service skills, preferably 2+ years of proven customer service success, a strong computer background, and a familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and the Web. You also must have strong written, verbal, and social skills. Finally, you must have a high school diploma or GED, a quiet home work environment, a dedicated phone line (during working hours), and an up-to-date computer with Windows XP.
