Tier 3 Support Seeking Work-at-Home Agents

Tier 3 Support is seeking entry-level technical support agents to provide customer support from home.  You must be able to provide customer support for ISP connectivity issues and basic PC troubleshooting.  You must have a friendly and professional phone voice, be detail oriented, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  Finally, you must be 18 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background check. 

You must have a quiet home office environment (no barking dogs, street noise, etc.).  Your computer must be 1 ghz or higher and have Windows XP or Vista.  You also must have a non-VoIP telephone landline with no call waiting or voicemail (must be able to turn it off, if you do have it), a noise canceling headset, and a high-speed Internet connection.
