Work at Home: VIPdesk Chat Customer Service

VIPdesk is seeking a sales and service assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day management of all chat rooms for various client programs.  You will be serving as a knowledge expert to VIPdesk Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance via chat and phone.  This is a part-time, home based position.  You must have a high school degree or its equivalent.

Three or more years of customer support experience is preferred.  You must have strong computer, verbal, and written skills.  You must be able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.  Finally, you must be deadline oriented and able to pass a criminal, credit, and employment reference security check.  For more information and to apply, visit the VIPdesk job listing.  Good luck!
