Someone is advertising for general transcriptionists. You must be willing to work flexible hours and meet all deadlines. Some familiarity with the entertainment industry preferred. You must be able to type 80 WPM with 95% accuracy, be proficient in MS Word, and be able to transcribe material verbatim. You also must have excellent English and grammar skills, experience transcribing video with time codes, and be able to proof your work. You will be downloading audio/video from an FTP server.
Equipment needed: PC/MAC, Microsoft Word, a WAV food pedal (optional), high speed internet, and transcription software.
