Work at Home Patient Contact Coordinators

A patient contact services provider is seeking nurses or certified clinical research coordinators to begin work immediately, as it expands into health care and pharmaceutical markets and launches in the San Diego area.  As a patient contact coordinator, you will  answer patient calls, read a pre-written script, ask the scripted qualifier questions, schedule patients, and make outbound calls to a list of patients provided.  You must have experience in the medical field (nurse, clinical research coordinator, or similar position).

You must have a computer with high-speed Internet, basic computer skills, a quiet work environment, and excellent communication skills.  You also must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.  You will be provided the required software, call center training, and medical /clinical training, as required.  This is a telecommute opportunity.  Compensation is per talk minute, and dependent upon call volume, with periodic incentive bonuses.  High performers have the potential to earn $15 to $19 per hour.
