Work at Home On-Call Scheduler for Home Care Company

Sound Options Inc., a Home Care company, is currently seeking a part-time, on-call scheduler to handle after-hours and weekend phone calls. You will be provided a laptop, cell phone, and you will undergo orientation prior to beginning on-call shifts.  You must have a high school diploma.  College experience and NAC/NAR certification is a plus. You also must have experience scheduling for a large professional office, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude and phone presence. 

Finally, you must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.   The chosen candidate will be answering after-hours and weekend phone calls in a polite and professional manner, then transfering, triaging, or scheduling accordingly.  You will maintain a daily call log, assist with new client inquiry calls, and perform other duties as needed. Compensation is $350 per week, plus $15 per hour for training and meetings.
