Match Properties, a real estate investment group, is looking for a freelance researcher/writer to work part-time writing short promotional pieces on specific neighborhoods and localities. These pieces should be fun and optimistic in tone. Your job will be to research an area and grasp the essential character of it, then portray it in a short essay or report. They are currently seeking pieces for: Laurelton Gardens, St. Albans, Cambria Heights, South Jamaica, Queens, Highland Park, Brooklyn, Elmont, and Uniondale, as well as locations in FL, PA and NJ.
You must have significant experience and training in creative writing and/or journalism, and you must have an excellent grasp of English grammar and spelling. Research is key, as is a commitment to accuracy. Compensation is flat-fee per article. This is a telecommute opportunity.
