Work-at-Home Customer Service for ACD Direct


ACD Direct hires home-based agents for customer support and service.  Previous call center experience, and particularly work-at-home experience, is a must.  These are independent contractor positions, and require ongoing training from ACD Direct.  You must have a quiet home office, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed Internet.
