Work-at-Home Telesales for Web Design Company

Frizzmop.com is hiring work from home telesales agents in Tucson, Arizona. Frizzmop.com offers web design and Drupal development services to businesses and individuals in Arizona. No knowledge of web design is required. No hard selling is required. You call a provided lead, offer services, and take notes on the call.

This position is a commission based subcontractor position. Bonuses are paid for reaching weekly call goals. A subcontractor agreement must be signed.  If chosen, you will be required to come to Frizzmop.com's  office on Broadway & Kolb for a secondary interview and 3 - 5 days of training. Training is paid at $30.00 a day.  You may work  from home anytime Monday - Thursday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

• Friendly telephone voice
• Detailed note taker
• Average 50+ calls daily
• Familiarity with web browsers, spreadsheets, email and documents
• Agent must sign no compete and standard agent agreement to start.
• Must have access to a telephone line and high speed Internet to be considered.

Compensation is a sliding scale commission based on monthly sales totals (10% to 30%).  A $100 bonus each week that call average is met.  You will be provided a mobile phone and compensation for high-speed Internet after a 30-day successful evaluation.  If interested, apply here.
