Work-at-Home Call Center Rep for Educational Referral Service

Windy City Call Center, a free education referral service that works with colleges and universities nationwide, is hiring multiple full and part-time employees in the State of Illinois to fill call center positions. Reps call people who have indicated interest in getting information about furthering their education, and help them narrow down their options and select a school. These are not unsolicited calls.

Compensation is a competitive hourly rate. You may work from home.  Hours are flexible.  Many of the company's team members are stay-at-home moms, students, and older adults.  Previous call center sales experience is great, but not required. 

A comprehensive training program is included.  Hours of operation are 7am – 11pm Central Time Monday – Saturday. They prefer you work afternoon and evening hours, as well as Saturday mornings.
