Work-at-Home Web Designer to Design for Customer Conversion

Modern Blue is seeking a web designer who knows how to design a landing page which will convert customers. You must have examples of such landing pages and website templates you have designed. You must know how to design toward specific audiences, understand web design best practices, and be able to work under a deadline.
