A 40-year-old recruitment advertising agency with Fortune 1000 clients is developing a new online concept that has a psychological testing component, and they are seeking someone to design web-based psychological/analytical tests. This is a part-time, project-based job opportunity.
The ideal person will have experience in psychometrics/statistics, a proven track record in career aptitude and personality testing, a degree in I/O psychology, statistical programming (SPSS/SAS/Excel) experience, and web experience. Compensation will be by the hour or by project, to be negotiated. This is a telecommute position.
