Amazon.com is hiring work-at-home technical account management consultants in the Grand Forks, ND area.  From the job description: "The TAM Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to merchants selling on the Amazon platform."

You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, six months of customer or technical support in a high-volume environment, and be able to train on site for the first 90 days. Additionally, you must have a broadband Internet connection and a land line phone.
