A jewelry company is seeking a work-at-home live chat customer service associate in Massachusetts to assist customers in designing their own jewelry. 

Desired Background:
• A talented writer with live chat or e-commerce experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English or Creative Writing a plus.
• 16 hours/week, Thursday and Sunday mornings 11-3, and Tuesday and Wednesday nights 8-12.
• Candidates must live in Massachusetts.
