Work-at-Home: Part-Time Recruiting Assistant for New York Life Office

A busy New York Life office is seeking a work-at-home part-time recruiting assistant.  You will be searching recruiting databases for resumes, identifying candidates, sending initial screening questionnaires, and setting interviews. You must be familiar with current Internet recruiting databases and other cold source methods of recruiting.
