If you work from home, you know that your home office setup is vitally important. And I'm not just talking about your computer, desk, chair, etc. I'm talking about how it's all arranged, what you're looking at all day (a blank wall, a beautiful photograph, or out a window), and if it's organized well.
It's important that you have all the equipment you need to do your job. But it's also important that you enjoy spending time in your office. Spend a little time decorating your space with pictures of loved ones, posters, whatever will make it uniquely yours. I like to have things around me that make me laugh. So I'll often print up a funny picture or cartoon I run across on the Net and tack it to my bulletin board.
You're going to spend a great deal of time in a home office. Make it your own. If you'd like to see some unique ideas for office setups, visit Home Office Snapshots. This website is dedicated solely to presenting home offices from around the world. Maybe you'll find some ideas for your home office. I like the one on the roof.
