Cloud 10 hires work-at-home professionals to provide customer support. This includes providing information about products and services, taking orders, and troubleshooting by email, chat, and phone.
You must have strong organizational skills and an articulate and clear phone voice. You also must have a quite home environment, a reliable computer and headset, a dependable high-speed Internet service provider, and basic computer skills.
Finally, you must be able to work 20 or more hours per week. A criminal background and basic credit check will be performed (I have been told by those hired by Cloud 10 in the past, that even with less than perfect credit, you may still be hired).
